Fried Farmer Sausage with Cabbage

Ingredients

1 lb farmer sausage sliced
1/2 head cabbage shredded
1 small onion sliced
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper

Preparation

Fry sausage in butter until browned.
Remove and set aside.
Sauté onion and cabbage in same pan until soft.
Return sausage, season, and serve hot.
