Schnitzel with Potatoes

Ingredients

4 pork or beef cutlets
1 cup flour
2 eggs beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
6 potatoes peeled and cubed

Preparation

Season meat with salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil until golden.
Boil potatoes until tender and serve alongside schnitzel.
