Makes:
2 Servings

Ingredients
•2 pieces of Flank Steak
•2 Cups Bread Crumbs
•1 Egg
•Salt & Pepper
•Oil for frying
Preparation
-Remove Flank Steak from package, add salt and pepper, set aside while preparing the dipping.
-Add Oil to the frying pan and turn to Medium heat.
-Crack eggs in a shallow container, big enough to lay steaks in. Scramble eggs with fork or whisk; set aside.
-In another shallow container, add in your Bread Crumbs.
-Dip Flank Steak in Eggs (one at a time), turn to coat both sides.
-Transfer steak to bread crumb dish, make sure to coat both sides with bread crumbs to cover entire steak.
- Gently add coated Steak to the frying pan. While the first steak is Frying, continue dipping the rest like the first steak.
- Check steak while frying, when it's golden brown on the bottom, turn to fry other side.
-Remove and place in a heat safe dish.
-Chicken frying the rest of the Steaks.
Serve with Salad & Texas Buns.
