Teriyaki Steak & Broccoli

Ingredients
1½ lbs strip steak, thinly sliced
4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
1 tbsp steak seasoning
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
Preparation
1. Slice steak thin (against the grain for tenderness). Chop broccoli into bite-size pieces, slice onion.
2. Toss steak with:
Salt, pepper
Garlic powder
Steak seasoning
3. Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add ½ tbsp olive oil. Add onion → cook 2–3 minutes until soft, stir in minced garlic. Add steak, sear 1–2 minutes per side until browned (don’t overcook). Remove steak and set aside
4. Add broccoli
Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes, You want broccoli tender but still slightly crisp
5. Add teriyaki sauce
Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes
Sauce should lightly coat everything
Steak finishes cooking here
6.Adjust seasoning if needed
Add extra pepper or garlic if you like stronger flavor
Serve with ¾ cup rice.
