    Step by Step Banana Cream Pie Recipe Banana Cream Pie Makes: 2 - 3 Pies Ingredients Pie Crust Ingredients: •2 1/2 Cups Flour •3/4 Cup Shortening/Lard; cubed •1 tsp Baking Powder •1 tsp salt •1 Egg •1 tsp Vinegar •1/2 Cup Water Vanilla Pudding: •3 Cups Milk •1 Cup Cream •1 Egg yolk •1 tsp Vanilla extract •1 cup Sugar •1/8 tsp Salt •1/2 Cup Cornstarch Topping: • 3-4 Bananas; slice just before topping • Whipped Cream; prepared Preparation Preparation: • In a food processor; add Flour and cubed Shortening/Lard. Pulsate a few times until combined. • Next add baking powder and salt, pulsate to combine. • Add Egg Vinegar and Water, pulsate once more to combine all ingredients well. • Remove from the processor into a flour dusted Bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. • Preheat oven to 400°F • Place chilled dough onto floured surface, roll out with a rolling pin to desired shape. *Yields 1 large rectangle pie + 1 medium round or 3 medium round. • Place rolled dough onto baking sheet (rectangle or round) cut small slits in the dough to prevent rising. • Place another baking sheet on top of the dough, cut of the edges and leave second baking sheet on top to bake. • Place in the Preheated oven; Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, remove from oven and take off the top baking sheet, place can into the oven and bake for another 5-6 minutes uncovered. *Will brown quickly. • Remove from Oven and let cool before adding pudding and toppings. Vanilla Pudding: • In a large saucepan; add Milk, cream, egg yolk and vanilla extract mix until well combined. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. • Meanwhile in a separate container; whisk together Sugar, Salt and Cornstarch. • Mix dry ingredients to the Saucepan, whisk immediately to prevent clumps. • Continue whisking until Bubbles start to pop on the side of the Saucepan. • Mixture will feel thicker as your stirring. • Take off Heat and let cool slightly before pouring pudding into pie Crust. • Slice Bananas and place them on top of the pudding. • Spread on Whipped Cream • Refrigerate until ready to serve Share and Enjoy!     Step by Step Triple Meat Roll Recipe Triple Meat Roll Makes: 1 Roll - 8 or 9 pieces Ingredients •2 lbs Ground Beef •1 cup bread crumbs •2 tsp Salt •1/2 tsp Pepper •1/2 TBSP Italian seasoning •1 Cup shredded cheese •1 Egg Filling: •1 Cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese •16 Pepperoni Slices •Vegetable mix - 1 Cup Cooked Ham; chopped - 1/2 Onion; chopped - 1/2 Cup Zucchini; chopped - 1 Jalapeño; chopped Preparation Vegetable mix Filling - • Chop ingredients; add 1 tbsp of butter to a saucepan, add all ingredients, cook till onions are translucent. Remove from heat and set aside. • Preheat oven to 350° F. • In a large bowl or stand mixer; mix together all ingredients for the Meat base, mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated. • Prepare a medium size Baking Sheet by lining with parchment paper, place meat on top of parchment paper. Then lay another parchment paper on top and roll with a rolling pin until baking sheet is filled, smooth and even. • Take off the top Parchment Paper; add vegetable mix and spread over entire surface. • Next add Pepperoni slices, leaving a small space between each row. • Now add your shredded cheese evenly. • Start rolling and tucking in from one end, use Parchment Paper to lift up and help you roll. • Once rolled; pinch the end into the meat to seal. • Place rolled Meat into Heat safe dish, place in the Preheated oven and Bake for 40 minutes. Check internal temperature, should be 180° F when it's fully cooked. *add more time if needed • Once fully cooked; remove from Oven, cover with Aluminum foil and rest for 10 minutes. • Slice & Serve.     Step by Step Easter Cones Recipe Easter Cones Makes: 42 mini Cones Ingredients •42 mini Cones or 20 small cones •2 Cups chocolate Chips •2 tsp coconut oil •Easter Chocolate eggs; crushed Chocolate filling •1 cup Milk •1 cup Butter •2 cups Sugar •1/2 cup Cocoa •1/2 tsp Salt •2 cups Flour •1 tsp Vanilla extract Preparation *Make Chocolate filling first. •Melt butter in a Saucepan over medium heat; add in Milk, Sugar cocoa, and salt. Whisk until everything is well incorporated. • Bring mixture just to a Boil; take of from heat source, stir in vanilla extract and Flour until smooth. • Let Cool •Place Easter Chocolate eggs in a ziplock bag and crush them until small pieces. Transfer these into a small bowl. •Prepare cones by taking them out of the package and unstacking. •Add Chocolate chips and coconut oil into a heat safe bowl, melt chocolate chips over double boiler or in the microwave in intervals, stirring until melted. • Take each cone; dip in melted chocolate then dip into crushed Easter Chocolate eggs. * If they chocolate hardens before you are done place back into the microwave to melt again. •Once all cones are dipped; pour cooled Chocolate filling into pipping bag • Fill each cone to the top • Refrigerate for 2 hours • Share and Enjoy. * We found filling with a piping bag the easiest.     Step by Step BBQ'd Chicken Recipe BBQ'd Chicken Makes: 5 servings Ingredients • 5lb Whole chicken; cleaned and skinned • 1/4 cup honey mustard Brine: • 1 cup meat tenderizer • 1 gallon water • 2 TBSP adobo all purpose seasoning Chicken Rub - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese - 1 TBSP chili powder - 1 TBSP Italian seasoning - 1 tsp celery salt - 1 tsp pepper - 1/2 tbsp salt - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp onion powder Preparation 1. Combine water, meat tenderizer, and seasoning in a bowl. Add the cleaned and skinned chicken, ensuring it is fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. 2. After marinating, rinse the chicken to remove any tenderizer residue, then blot it dry and transfer it into a heat-safe dish. 3. Brush the outside of the chicken with honey mustard or melted butter. 4. Prepare the chicken rub by mixing the spices together. Evenly sprinkle the Chicken Rub over the entire surface of the chicken. 5. Place the chicken on a preheated BBQ set to 230°F and cook for 4 hours. Increase the temperature to 350°F and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 hours, checking the internal temperature periodically. 6. The chicken is ready when its internal temperature reaches 165°F at the thickest part of the meat. Enjoy your BBQ'd chicken shredded in warm corn tortillas, topped with red pickled onions and salsa.     Step by Step Chocolate Rolls Recipe Chocolate Rolls Makes: 27 - 30 Rolls Ingredients Ingredients for Dough: • 1 1/2 TBSP Yeast • 1 tsp Sugar • 1 Cup Water (110°F) • 1 Cups Milk; room temperature • 1/2 Cup melted Margarine • 1/2 Cup Sugar • 1/2 tsp Salt • 2 eggs; beaten • 6-7 Cups Flour ~ Chocolate Filling: •2 cups Sugar •2 TBSP Cocoa •1/2 Cup Butter •3/4 Cup Flour •2 cups Milk •1 tsp Vanilla extract ~ Glaze ~ • 1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream • 1 Cup Sugar • 1 TBSP Cornstarch • 1/4 tsp Salt • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Preparation - In a container Mix together; Yeast, warm water (110°F), 1 tsp Sugar and set aside to proof. - In a separate Bowl Mix together; Milk, melted Butter, Salt, beaten eggs, Sugar and 3 Cups of Flour - Add in Proofed Yeast, mix until well combined and continue adding in Flour, 1 Cup at a time. - Dough a will be slightly sticky; cover, set in a warm spot and let rise double in size, about 1 - 1 1/2 hour. - Prepare Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper. - While the dough is rising, prepare Chocolate sauce. In a saucepan mix sugar, cocoa and flour until well combined. Add milk, butter and vanilla. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes. Take off the heat and cool sauce before spreading. - Roll out out the Dough into a large rectangle, 1 inch thick. - Spread on the Chocolate Sauce unto the dough - Gently roll it up starting from the long edge, pinch the seam closed tightly. - Cut 1 inch rolls with a unflavored floss or sewing thread. - Place your rolls on prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with tea towel and let them rise - Place in the Prepared Baking Sheet, leaving 2 inches between each roll. - Cover and rise for 30 minutes - Pre-Heat oven to 350°F - Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes; depending on your oven and baking sheets. Rolls should be lightly golden. - Make frosting after all rolls are baked; In a saucepan mix Frosting ingredients over medium heat while stirring occasionally. The cookies will spread. Preparation Mix in sugar, molasses, egg, and margarine together until completely combined. In a separate bowl; whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and cloves together in a medium bowl. Cover bowl with plastic and refrigerate, about 1 hour Pre-heat oven to 375°F, line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Place 1/2 cup granulated sugar in a small bowl. Scoop dough into balls (ice cream scoop works great), roll balls in granulated sugar and transfer to prepared baking sheets, spacing balls 2 inches apart. Bake until tops are just beginning to crack, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool cookies on baking sheets for 5 min, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Add coconut oil into chocolate and melt chocolate in the microwave (30-second intervals). Dip cookies and place dipped cookies in a rack and let chocolate harden. *The chocolate hardens faster if dipped cookies are transferred to the refrigerator. Preparation •In a Container Mix together Warm Milk (110°F), yeast and 3 tsp sugar, set aside to until frothy. •In a seperate Medium size Bowl add Sugar, Butter, Salt, Egg and 1 Cup of the Flour. Mix together until well combined. •Next add in the Yeast mixture, mix and keep adding in the remaining Flour, 1/2 Cup at a time •Knead for a nice Soft dough. •Cover and let rise until doubled in size •While the Dough is rising, make the Cream Cheese mixture and prepare your baking sheets with Parchment Paper. •In a small bowl, mix together Cream Cheese, Sugar, Maizena de Nuez, Vanilla extract and Milk. Combine well and set aside. •Once the Dough as doubled in size, place on a flat surface. •With a Pin Roll, roll into a Rectangle shape. •Spread on Cream Cheese Mixture •Add Pecan pieces on Top of Cream Cheese mixture. •Next Roll the dough, starting on the long side. •Once Rolled, cut with a Knife or use thread to make your rolls. •Place rolls on a prepared baking sheet, cover and let rise until doubled in size. •Preheat oven to 350°F while rolls are rising. •Bake them for 20-25 min, until internal temperature reaches 200°F. •Once baked, remove from oven and let cool. •While cooling, make the icing. •Mix together Icing ingredients until smooth, if needed add 1 more TBSP of Milk for a thinner consistency. •Glaze Rolls with pipping bag or spread on with a Spatula.     Step by Step Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Cups Recipe Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Cups Makes: 8-9 Cups (4oz size) Ingredients • 2 Cups Oreo cookie crumbs (1 small package of Oreo cookies) • 1 Block Cream Cheese • 1 Cup Whipping Cream • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 1/4 Cup butter; melted • 1/4 Cup + 2 TBSP Sugar Preparation - Seperate Oreo cookies and remove the filling, placing into a seperate small bowl for later use. - add Oreo cookies into food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Place crumbs into a bowl along with melted butter, mix until well incorporated. Set aside. - Add Whipping Cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of Sugar into a mixer and whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside. - Next; mix together cream cheese, Oreo filling, 1 tsp Vanilla extract and 1/4 Cup of sugar until smooth. Fold in the Whipped Cream until just combined. - Assemble Cups: 1.- 1/4 Cup of Crumbs into a 4oz plastic cup, press down gently with a spoon to pack crumbs. Keep 1/4 cup of crumbs for topping. 2.- Next add 1/2 Cup of Creamcheese mixture into the cup, smooth with a spoon. *Divide leftover mixture into cups. 3.- For decoration; sprinkle with some crumbs. 4.- Close the containers with a lid and place in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.     Step by Step Giant Cookie Cake Recipe Giant Cookie Cake Makes: 8 Servings Ingredients •¾ cup unsalted butter, softened •¾ cup light brown sugar •¼ cup granulated sugar •1 large egg •2 tsp vanilla extract •2 cups all-purpose flour •½ tsp salt •1 tsp baking soda •1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips •1 cup M&Ms Preparation -Preheat oven to 350F. -Spray round spring pan with non-stick cooking spray, or butter. -In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. -Beat egg and vanilla into the butter mixture. -In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda until well combined. -Stir in all of the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of M&M's -Press cookie dough into the pan evenly. -Press the remaining ½ cup of M&M's into the top of the cookie. -Bake for 20-24 minutes. -Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing and removing from pan. -Decorate the edge of cookie with icing and more Chocolate.
