    Step by Step Banana Bread Recipe Banana Bread Makes: 2 Loafs Ingredients •1 Cup of White Sugar •1 Cup Brown Sugar •1/2 cup butter, softened •2 eggs •4 Bananas, mashed •1 Cup Buttermilk •2 Cups Flour •1 tsp Baking Soda •3/4 tsp salt 1 Cup Walnuts Preparation -Pre-heat Oven to 350°F, Prepare 2 Loaf Bread pan with Parchment Paper or spray to avoid sticking. -In a Large Bowl, Cream together Sugars and Butter. -Next add in the Eggs, mashed Bananas and Vanilla extract, mix well. -Next mix in the Buttermilk -Continue by adding the Flour, Baking Soda and Salt, mix until ingredients are well mixed. -Fold in the Walnuts, just enough to incorporate. -Pour batter into the prepared baking Pans, divided equally by the 2 pans. -Bake for 40-50 min, until internal temperature reaches 205°F. -Remove from Oven, leave in the baking pan for 20 min.     Step by Step Salsa Chile Toreados Recipe Salsa Chile Toreados Makes: topping Ingredients • 4 jalapeños • 1 large onion • 1 TBSP butter • 1/2 lemon • 1/4 cup soy sauce • 1/4 cup jugo maggi • 1/2 cup water Preparation • Remove the seeds and slice the jalapeños into thin strips; keep the seeds in for a spicier salsa.     Step by Step Klops Recipe Klops Makes: 4 Servings Ingredients • 1 lb Ground Beef • 1/2 Cup Seasoning • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs • 1/2 TBSP Salt • Oil for frying ~Seasoning: •2 TBSP Cornstarch •4 tsp chili powder •2 tsp Italian seasoning •2 tsp salt •2 tsp paprika •2 tsp Chicken Bouillon powder •1 tsp onion powder •1/2 garlic powder *Mix together, store leftovers in a Airtight container. Preparation • In a medium sized Bowl; mix together ground beef, seasoning, bread crumbs and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated. • Add oil to a frying pan; heat up on medium heat • Scoop out with a Ice cream scoop or 1/3 Cup, make Balls and place on a Sheet lined with Foil, leaving 3 inches between each meat ball. • Continue this with all the ground beef mixture. • Press down gently on each ball to create a meat patty. • Add meat patties to the heated oil; cook for 8 min, gently flip with tongs and cook for another 8 minutes. • Check internal temperature, cooked when internal temperature reaches 160°F - 165°F. • Remove from frying pan, place on a plate lined with paper towel to remove access grease. Soak Overnight. - Strain water and rinse the Beans - Place the Beans into the Slow Cooker; along with Ketchup, Bacon fat and Salt. Add 8 Cups of Water, ensuring the Beans are completely covered, add more water if necessary. - Turn Slow Cooker on High. - Meanwhile; caramelize the Onions and garlic. - Add sliced Onions and minced garlic to a small saucepan with the Butter and cook on low heat until caramelized. - Once caramelized, add them to the Slow Cooker and stirr them into the Beans. - Cook Beans in Slow Cooker for 8-9 hours on High. *Check at 5 hour mark to ensure beans are still covered by liquid, add more water if necessary. - Once Beans are cooked; enjoy them with your Meal or Freeze in a Freezer safe container. In a large pot, melt butter and add the drumsticks, frying them on both sides until they turn golden brown. Pour in enough water to cover three-quarters of the chicken, then cover and cook over medium heat. Prepare the Boabat: 1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Incorporate the eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until everything is well blended, then gently fold in the raisins. 2.     Step by Step Cheese Bread Recipe Cheese Bread Makes: 20 slices Ingredients • 1.5 cup warm water (110°F) • 1.5 TBSP yeast • 1 TBSP sugar • 1.5 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp garlic powder • 1/4 tsp oregano • 4 cups flour + for dusting • 1/4 cup olive Oil + for brushing • 1/2 cup caesar dressing • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Preparation 1. In a container; mix water, yeast, and sugar, set aside to proof for 10 minutes. 2. In a stand mixer bowl; add flour, salt, garlic powder and oregano combine. Add yeast mixture, and olive oil. 3. Knead for 8 minutes, or until beginning to pull away from the sides of the bowl, the dough will still be slightly sticky. 4. Brush bowel with olive oil, then cover the bowl and place it in a warm place. 5. Allow dough to rise for 40 minutes. 6. Preheat oven to 425°F, prepare a 12x17" baking sheet by brushing with oil. 7. Transfer dough to baking sheet, stretch the dough gently to fit the sheet. Pinch the edges up the sides up the sheet. 8. With pastry brush; brush the entire surface of the dough, including the crust with olive oil. 9. Use a fork to poke holes all over the center of the dough to keep the dough from bubbling up in the oven. 10. Brush the dough with caesar dressing, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and the add the shredded mozzarella cheese. 11. Marshmallow filling: •1 1/2 TBSP Gelatin powder •1/3 + 1/2 cup water •1 cup white sugar •1 cup brown sugar •2 egg whites •2 TBSP corn syrup Preparation Cream Cookies: -Mix all the ingredients until smooth -Scoop onto cookie sheets -Bake at 350 for 12 min -Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. Marshmallow filling: 1. Combine 1/3 cup water + gelatin powder in small bowl, set aside. 2. In small pot, combine sugars, corn syrup + 1/2 cup water. Stir over med/high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce to med/low and track temperature with a thermometer. 3. Once mixture hits 200°, start whipping egg whites to soft peaks. 4. When sugar mixture reaches 240⁰ F, remove from heat and slowly pour into whipped egg whites while mixer is on high speed. 5. Place gelatin mixture into the hot pot that sugar was in, stir until melted then add to the whipping marshmallow. 6. Continue mixing on high speed until bowl is barely warm. The Marshmallow will be thick, fluffy, glossy + stiff. 7. Add Marshmallow to piping bag for piping. 8. Set aside. ~Spiced Cinnamon Sugar Filling: In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves together. Set aside. ~Crumb Cake topping: *use 3 Tbsp. of the spiced cinnamon sugar (reserving the rest for the filling). Place all the Crumb topping ingredients in a food processor, Pulsating the mixture until all the ingredients have been incorporated and the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside. ~Chai Coffee Cake: In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, mix to combine. Mix in the rest of the ingredients in. Stir until well combined. 1•Pour half of the batter into the pan. 2•Sprinkle spiced cinnamon sugar over the batter. 3•Top with remaining batter. 4•Sprinkle all the brown sugar crumb cake topping over the batter. ~Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. *At 30 min place a piece of foil over the top of the coffee cake to avoid topping to brown to quickly.
