Step by Step Pecan Brownie Pie Recipe Pecan Brownie Pie Makes: 8 Servings Ingredients Brownie Pie: 10 tbsp unsalted butter 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup granulated sugar 3 large eggs room temperature 2/3 cup macaron flour 3 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips *Macaron Flour is made from failed Macarons. Add Macarons into food processor, and grind. Pecan Pie Topping: •1 c. white sugar •3 tbsp. brown sugar •1/2 tsp. salt •1 c. corn syrup •3/4 tsp. vanilla •1/3 c. melted butter •3 whole eggs, beaten •1 c. Chopped Pecans Preparation Brownie Directions: -Pre-heat oven to 350° F -prepare your 9x9 or 8x8 baking pan, spray with baking oil or line with parchment paper *I used a round springform pan. -place butter and the 1 Cup of Chocolate in a heat safe bowl. Melt Butter and Chocolate Chips over a double boiler or in the microwave in 15 seconds intervals, mixing during intervals. When completely melted and smooth, set aside. -in a separate Bowl, mix together eggs and sugar, until smooth. -next mix in the melted butter and Chocolate Chips, until well combined. -add in the rest of the ingredients, Macaron Flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt and 1/2 chocolate chips. Mix until everything is well incorporated. -Pour into prepared baking pan, tap on the counter lightly to insure all air pockets are gone. -bake at 350°F for about 25-30 min *Until toothpick inserted comes out clean, or food thermometer reads 180-200. -take out of Oven and let cool completely before adding the Pecan topping. Pecan Topping instructions: -in a skillet melt 1/2 tbsp of butter & add the Pecans to toast them -keep stirring pecans as they will burn quick. -toast slightly and remove from skillet -in a saucepan add all the rest of the ingredients. -bring to a boil over medium heat -stir occasionally to prevent burning -stir in the Toasted Pecans -lower heat and cook for 20 min -keep stirring -take off heat -as it cools it will have a thick consistency. -once cooled down, pour over Brownie. Step by Step Baked Beans Casserole Recipe Baked Beans Casserole Makes: 4 Servings Ingredients •2 cups cooked ground beef •2 cups cooked beans •2 cups cooked rice •1 cup mozzarella cheese •12 corn tortillas •Oil for frying Preparation •Pre-heat oven at 350°F •In a bowl, mix together cooked ground beef, beans, and rice. •Add mixture unto a heat safe casserole dish •Top with cheese •Place into the preheated oven, bake for 30 minutes. •Meanwhile heat 1 inch of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, cut the corn tortillas into triangles. Step by Step Stuffing Meatloaf Recipe Stuffing Meatloaf Makes: 2 Meatloafs Ingredients ~ Meatloaf ~ • 2 lbs Ground Beef • 1 Box Stuffing (any flavor) • 3 Eggs • 1/4 Cup BBQ sauce • 1/4 Cup Ketchup ~ Sauce ~ • 1 Cup Brown Sugar • 1/4 Cup Ketchup • 2 tsp Mustard ~Mashed Potatoes~ • 5 Russet potatoes; cubed, cooked and drained. • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise • 2 TBSP Milk • salt and pepper to taste • 1/2 tsp Oregano • 1/2 tsp parsley •• Mash and Mix until smooth •• Preparation ~ Meatloaf ~ • Preheat the oven to 360° F, prepare the cooking pan, line it with parchment paper (optional) • Mix all the ingredients together for the Meatloaf until all ingredients are well combined. • Divide the meat into 2 equal parts and shape and pack into a rectangular loaf. This recipe makes 2 Meatloafs, or 1 Meatloaf and 14 Meatballs. • Place shaped Meat into prepared pan. • Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350° F, until a thermometer inserted into the center registers 160°F. • Once Meatloaf is cooked, drain the fat; mix together ingredients for sauce, brush with Sauce, place back into the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Step by Step Lazy Cabbage Rolls Recipe Lazy Cabbage Rolls Makes: 5-6 Servings Ingredients ~ Meat Balls ~ • 2 lbs Ground Beef • 2 boxes of Stuffing (any flavor) • 1 TBSP Italian seasoning • 2 Eggs • 1 TBSP BBQ sauce • 1/2 TBSP Mustard • Oil for frying ~ Sauce ~ • 2 Cups Tomato sauce • 2 Cups Water • 1 Cup Pasta sauce • 3 Cups shredded cabbage • Salt and pepper to taste Preparation • In a large-sized bowl; mix all the ingredients for the Meatballs until all ingredients are well incorporated. • Add oil to the frying pan, and heat on medium-high heat. • Scoop the meat out of the bowl and shape it into balls, an ice cream scoop works great. • Once the Oil is hot; add Meatballs to the frying pan. Don't overcrowd, work in batches if necessary. • Fry meatballs on both sides until internal temperature reaches 160°F • Meanwhile in a Large cooking pot; add Tomato sauce, Water, and Pasta sauce, cover and turn to medium heat. • Once the Meatballs are cooked; transfer them into the pot of Sauce. • Add shredded cabbage, cover the pot, and cook on medium-high heat for 30 minutes or until the cabbage is soft. • Add salt and pepper to taste. ~ Serve with Mashed potatoes and corn or one of your favorite sides. ~ Serve leftovers as a delicious croissant sandwich. Step by Step Raisin Oatmeal Sheet Cake Recipe Raisin Oatmeal Sheet Cake Makes: 8 Servings Ingredients 2.5 cups boiling water 2 cup old fashioned rolled oats 3 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup butter 3 cups packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 cup raisins 1 Cup of Walnuts Topping: 1/2 Cup Butter 1/2 Cup Cream 1 Cup Brown sugar 2 Cups Shredded coconut Preparation •Preheat oven 350° •Line or Oil a 12x9 baking pan Combine Oats & raisins •Soak oats & raisins in boiling water •Cream together Butter and Brown Sugar •add and mix 1 egg at a time •Mix dry ingredients, add to wet mixture and mix •add in Oatmeal and Raisins •Pour into prepared pan •Bake for 60 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Prepare topping 10 min before done baking. •Heat topping mixture on the stove top. •Once cake is done, add topping • put back in the oven and broil for 3-5 min * Watch carefully, it will be quick. Step by Step Chocolate filled Cookies Recipe Chocolate filled Cookies Makes: 35 filled Cookies Ingredients 5 cups flour 2 cup sugar 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vinegar 4 Eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup Whipping Cream 1 cup canola oil Chocolate Filling ingredients: 1 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Butter 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/2 Cup Flour 1 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder Preparation • In a Large Bowl mix together your dry ingredients first. • In a separate bowl mix together the wet ingredients. • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well, until all ingredients are well incorporated. • Cover with Plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 Hour. Make chocolate filling. ~ Chocolate filling: 1 - In a small saucepan on medium heat; add in Milk, Butter and Vanilla extract. 2 - Let the Butter melt; stirring occasionally. 3 - Add in Flour, Sugar and Cocoa Powder 4 - Stirring well to combine and remove and lumps. 5 - Cook until Bubbles start to form in the chocolate; turn to low heat and cook for 5 min. Stirring constantly to avoid burning on the bottom and to keep heat consistent. 6 - Transfer to a Heat safe Bowl. And let cool before filling cookies. •Preheat oven to 350°F and line Baking sheets with Parchment Paper or silicone baking mat. •After chocolate has cooled; take out the Dough from the Refrigerator. Scoop out 1 TBSP of Dough, place on prepared baking sheet, leaving 3 inches between each Cookie. •Dip your fingers in Flour, press down gently to flatten and creating a dent in the middle. •Add 1/2 TBSP of Chocolate filling, gently press down a little. •Take 1 TBSP of Dough, place on a small piece of Parchment Paper, dust with Flour and flatten with your fingers gently, creating a Round small cookie. • Take the Parchment Paper with the dough and place on top of filled cookie. • Gently press on to the Cookie and remove parchment paper slowly. • Press down sides of cookies to seal if needed. • Bake Cookies at 350°F for 12-14 minutes (depending on your oven) golden brown. *Cookies does spread, don't make scoops bigger then 1 TBSP. I used a TBSP measuring scoop. • Let cool in Baking Sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely. Share and Enjoy for Faspa! Click for step by step pictures

Step by Step Cloud Bread Recipe Cloud Bread Makes: 18 Pieces Ingredients •4 Eggs •1/4 Cup Mayo •1/8 tsp cream of tartar Preparation -Preheat oven 300°F -Prepare Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper. -Separate Eggs -Whip Egg Whites + cream of tartar to a stiff peak -Mix Mayo + Egg yolks -Fold together gently -Scoop onto Parchment paper on the baking sheet -Bake at 300° for 20-25 min; until golden brown. Step by Step Milanesa & Rice Recipe Milanesa & Rice Fried Breaded Steak Makes: 4 Ingredients Milanesa - - 1 package Flank steak (6-8 pieces) - 1/2 Cup Flour - 3 Eggs - 2 Cups Crushed Corn flakes or Breadcrumbs - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/8 tsp pepper - 2 tsp Italian seasoning - Oil for frying Rice - - 1/4 Onion; chopped - 1 tsp Bacon fat - 1 Cup Rice - 1/2 Cup corn kernels - 1/2 Cup Carrot pieces - pinch of salt - 1/2 Cup Water - 1/2 Cup Tomato juice Preparation Milanesa Directions: Remove flank steak from the packaging, pat dry with a paper towel. Add salt and pepper to both sides and set aside while preparing the dipping. - Crack eggs in a shallow container, big enough to lay the steak in. Scramble eggs with a fork or whisk; set aside. - In another shallow container, add in your Breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. - Coat steak on both sides with flour - Dip steak in Eggs, and turn to coat both sides. - Place the steak into the breadcrumb dish, and coat both sides with breadcrumbs to cover the entire steak, transfer to a plate until all steaks are coated. - Add Oil to the frying pan and turn to Medium heat. - Once the oil is heated; add Breaded Steaks to the heated oil, working in batches. - Check steak while frying; when it's golden brown on the bottom, turn to fry the other side. - Remove and place in a heat-safe dish. Rice preparation: - Add Bacon fat and chopped onions to a saucepan, set to medium heat, and fry until onions are translucent. Stirring occasionally. - Add Rice, stir, and brown rice slightly. Stirring occasionally, to avoid burning. - Add in Corn, carrots, a pinch of salt, water, and Tomato juice. Stir and cover. - Cook for 5 minutes on medium-low or as directed on the rice package. - Fluff with a fork and serve hot. Click for step by step pictures

Step by Step Picadillo Recipe Picadillo Makes: Serves 4 Ingredients • 1 lb Ground Beef • 1 Zucchini; chopped • 2 Jalapeños; chopped • 1/2 Onion; chopped • 1 garlic clove; minced • 2 Potatoes; peeled and cubed • 1 Cup Corn kernels • 1/2 TBSP Beef Bouillon powder • 1 TBSP Italian seasoning • 1 Cup Ketchup • 1/2 Cup Water Preparation •Peel and cube the Potatoes and chop all vegetables. •Add ground beef and Beef bouillon powder to a large pot, set to medium high heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. •Add onions and garlic, stir and cook for 5 min. •Drain fat from ground beef and return to pot. •Add in Zucchini, Jalapeños, Corn, Potatoes and Italian seasoning. Step by Step Fried Potatoes & Eggs Recipe Fried Potatoes & Eggs Makes: 4-5 Servings Ingredients •4 Medium Potatoes •1/2 onion •1 Jalapeño •8 Eggs • Salt & Pepper to taste •1 TBSP of Margarine Preparation •In a medium pot, bring water to a boil over medium heat. •Peel Potatoes and cut into small cubes. •Place Potatoes in the boiling water and cook for about 15 min. Just enough for fork to slightly go in the Potato. •While Potatoes are cooking, go ahead and cook your desired meat, we had Homemade Deer Sausage. •When potatoes are done, drain and set aside. •In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp of margarine, onions, Jalapeños and cooked potatoes. •Fry until potatoes turn golden, mixing occasionally. •Beat eggs and add them to the frying pan. •Cook until eggs are cooked, keep stirring occasionally *To much stirring mashes the potatoes. •Add Salt and Pepper Enjoy! Step by Step Camaron Ranchero Recipe Camaron Ranchero Shrimp Soup Makes: 4 - 5 Servings Ingredients - 1 TBSP Butter - 1/2 Onion; chopped - 1 Garlic glove; minced - 1 - 2 Jalapeño; chopped - 1 lb Shrimp, cleaned, deveined and tail off and rinsed. - 4 Cups Water - 1 TBSP Tomato Boulloin powder - 1 TBSP Chicken or Shrimp Bouillon powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - 1 TBSP Soy Sauce - 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce - 1 Cup Tomato Juice Preparation - In a large sized cooking pot, turn heat to medium high; add Butter, chopped Onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are slightly translucent. - Add chopped Jalapeños, cook for another minute. Stir occasionally. - Add in Shrimp, stirring occasionally. Cook for 5 minutes. - Add in Water, Boulloin powders, salt, pepper, sauces and Tomato juice. Stir , cover and bring to a boil. - Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes - Serve Hot with your favorite sides ~ We enjoy a side of Bread to dip in the Sauce.
