Step by Step Fried Rice Recipe Fried Rice Makes: 4 Servings Ingredients •1 TBSP Butter •2 Cups frozen Peas & Carrots; thawed •1/2 Onion; chopped •1 garlic clove; minced •2 eggs •3 Cups Cooked Rice •1/4 cup Soy sauce Preparation •On a Skillet on medium high heat; melt butter and add in chopped Onion, minced garlic, peas and carrots. Cover and Cook for 3 min stirring once. •Add Eggs and stir •Add Cooked Rice and Soy sauce, combine all the ingredients. •Cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Serve Hot. Step by Step Steak Bites & Broccoli Recipe Steak Bites & Broccoli Makes: 2 Servings Ingredients -1 lbs steak cut into small cubes -1 tablespoon olive oil -2 tablespoons butter -2 teaspoons minced garlic -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1/4 cup beef broth -1 tablespoon minced parsley Preparation 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Place the steak bites in the pan in a single layer. Cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nicely golden brown. Repeat with remaining meat if needed. 3. Add the butter, minced garlic, and garlic powder to the pan with the steak bites; then deglaze with beef stock, scraping the brown bits. Cook for 1-2 minutes more, stirring to coat the steak bites in the sauce. 4. Add in Broccoli, cover and cook with the Steak bites for Garlic Butter Flavor; or steam Broccoli in a separate pan. Step by Step Cottage Cheese Patties Recipe Cottage Cheese Patties Makes: 17 patties Ingredients • 4 cups dry cottage cheese • 2 eggs • 1 1/4 cup flour • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper Preparation -Mix all the ingredients until well combined (will stick together like dough) -Heat skillet to medium high with a little bit of butter -Scoop out with ice cream scoop onto the preheated skillet. -Let cook for 1 minute -Press down with pancake flipper. (If it's very sticky, sprinkle some flour on top to press down) -Cook for 1 minute -Flip and press -Continue this 3 times total. (Pressing down each time) -Take of the Skillet with the Flipper and let cool on the plate. Enjoy!! Step by Step Peanut Butter and Jelly Pudding Pie Recipe Peanut Butter and Jelly Pudding Pie Makes: 16 Pieces Ingredients • 2 Cups of Cookie Crumbs (we chose Hojaldradas cookies) • 1/2 Butter; melted • 1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding • 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter • 1/4 Cup Raspberry Jam Preparation • Line an 8x8 dish with Parchment Paper (bigger dish for thinner crust) • Add melted Butter to Cookie Crumbs; we used Hojaldradas (Mexican store) they are sweet enough that no sugar is needed for the Crust. • Press mixed Crumbs into the dish until level and packed, set aside. • Prepare Instant Vanilla Pudding according to package; once prepared mix in Peanut Butter. • Add pudding mixture on top of the crust, smooth until evenly distributed. • Place 1 tsp of Jam spaced out about 1 inch of each other, swirl jam with a toothpick to make the jam swirls. • Cover and place into refrigerator for 3 hours. Pudding will still be soft, cut and Serve as desired. • For firmer pudding place in the freezer until Pudding is harder. Enjoy!! Click for step by step pictures

Step by Step Dolly Bars Recipe Dolly Bars Makes: 12 Pieces Ingredients 1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp of butter ~ melted 2 cups crushed graham crackers 3/4 White Chocolate Chips 3/4 Chocolate Chips 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut 1 can sweetened condensed milk Preparation •Pre-heat oven to 350°F •Line your baking dish (9x9 recommended) with parchment paper hanging over a couple of inches for easy removal. •clip on the sides with clips for better holding. •mix melted butter and Graham Crackers together until well combined. •press into the baking dish, use a cup to pack down firmly. •Add the rest of the ingredients in by layers 1)Chocolate Chips 2)Pecans 3)Coconut 4)Sweetened condensed milk *start by pouring it from the middle, then the sides to avoid it going underneath the parchment paper. •Bake for 22-25 min •Golden Brown Edges. •Cool down •Place in the fridge for cooling, about 2 hours. •Cut & Serve •Store in a Airtight container for 7 days or freeze. Step by Step Oatmeal Ricekrispy Cookies Recipe Oatmeal Ricekrispy Cookies Makes: 82 Cookies Ingredients * 82 Cookies or 41 Cookie Sandwiches * *Can cut recipe in half if desired* • 6 Cups Flour • 3 Cup Brown Sugar • 3 Cup Sugar • 6 Cups Oatmeal • 6 Cups Rice Krispies • 3 Cup Pecans • 1.5 Cup Coconut Noodles • 1.5 cup Oil • 1.5 Cup Heavy Cream • 6 Eggs • 3 tsp Baking Soda • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder • 1.5 tsp Salt • 3 tsp Vanilla Preparation •Mix dough •Scoop out and form balls •Press them down a little •Bake at 350° for 12-15 min *Until golden brown •Cool on rack •Add Whipped Cream if desired Whip cream: •2 Cup Whipped Cream •6 TBSP Sugar •2 tsp Vanilla - Whip Ingredients with a mixer, (whisk attachment) until firm Peaks form. -Scoop on cookie, place another cookie in top - Freeze in container to firm up whip cream. Step by Step Cottage Cheese Vareniki Recipe Cottage Cheese Vareniki Makes: 50 - 55 Vareniki Ingredients Dough: •2 Cups Cold Water •1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil •1 tsp salt •1/8 tsp Black Pepper (optional) •1 Whole Egg •1 Egg White •5 1/2 Cup Flour + More Flour for rolling. Preparation - In a Large mixing Bowl, add all the ingredients except the Flour. - Mix; with a Stand mixer or by Hand until everything is well combined, then incorporate 1 Cup of Flour. - Continue mixing in all the Flour, 1 Cup at a time. - Once all the Flour is incorporated and Dough has formed, kneed for 8 min with a Stand mixer or 10 min by Hand. -Place Dough in a Greased bowl; Cover with wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. - Divide dough into smaller pieces, flatten and roll through the Pasta maker. -Dust with Flour and Start with #1 setting, Roll through each setting several times to ensure its even. Continue until #5 or #6 setting (Personal preference), make sure to Dust with Flour to avoid Dough sticking to the roller. - Lay Flat on the table and place Cottage Cheese filling in the middle of the Dough 2-3 inches apart, depending on the size of your Cutter. - Fold the Dough over, Cut and Seal each Vareniki. - Place finished Vareniki on a Baking sheet and place in the freezer for 2 hours. - Continue doing these steps until all the Dough is used. - Once Vareniki are Frozen, package them in a freezer bag and keep frozen until ready to use. - When ready to use; Bring a Pot of Water plus 1 tbsp of Butter to Boil and place several frozen Vareniki in the Boiling water, make sure not to overcrowd the Pot. Cook for 10 min; do not stir, use a spoon to gently turn Vareniki over once. Moving them to much will result in open and broken Vareniki. - Place Cooked Vareniki in Colander. Serve Immediately CREAM GRAVY: 1 Cup Whipping Cream (Heavy Cream) 1/2 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper 1 TBSP Flour for thickening (optional) - Heat all ingredients in a small Pot until at boiling point, stir to avoid boiling over. Lower temperature and cook for 5 min while stirring. Step by Step Rice Krispy Roll Recipe Rice Krispy Roll Makes: 1 Roll (12 - 14 pieces) Ingredients •3/4 Cup Corn syrup •3/4 Cup Sugar •1/8 tsp cream of tartar •2 TBSP Butter •3/4 Cup Peanut butter •1 tsp Vanilla extract •4 1/2 Cups Rice Krispy cereal Filling: 1 1/2 Cup Hazelnut Spread 1/2 Cup Flour (optional) Preparation • In a Large Heat safe Bowl; add 4 1/2 Cups of Rice Krispy cereal, set aside. • Line a small Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper, set aside. • In a medium saucepan; add Corn syrup, Sugar, cream of tartar and Butter. Mix and bring to Boil. • Take of heat; mix in Vanilla extract and Peanut Butter until smooth. • Pour mixture into the bowl of Rice Krispy cereal, mix quickly and ensure all Rice Krispy is covered. • Pour Mixture onto prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper. • Press flat into Baking Sheet, use rolling pin on top of a extra parchment paper to avoid sticking. • Let cool slightly, prepare filling while cooling. • Mix Hazelnut Spread and Flour together until smooth. Thickening will ensure it won't ooze out when rolling. • Spread Hazelnut on, then start rolling up from one end while tucking in. Use Parchment Paper to keep the rolling. • Once rolled; cover it with the parchment paper and refrigerate for 40 minutes. • Cut in to slices and Enjoy. • Refrigerate or Freezer leftovers in a Airtight container. Step by Step Banana Bread Bars Recipe Banana Bread Bars Makes: 30-32 bars Ingredients •2 cups granulated sugar •1 cup brown sugar •1 ¼ cups buttermilk •1 cup butter, softened •4 large eggs, room temperature •6 large ripe bananas, mashed (about 3 cups) •1 tsp Mexican vanilla extract •4 cups all-purpose flour •2 tsp baking soda •2 tsp baking powder •1 ½ tsp salt •1 ½ tsp cinnamon •½ tsp nutmeg •1 cup chopped walnuts Streusel Topping ½ cup all-purpose flour ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup cold butter, cubed ½ tsp cinnamon → Cut together until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over batter before baking. Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 13x18-inch sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Cream the butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy (3–5 minutes). 3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition to fully incorporate. 4. Mix in the bananas, vanilla, and buttermilk until combined. 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined — do not overmix. 7. Fold in the toasted nuts with a spatula. 8. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle streusel topping evenly over the surface. 9. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean 10. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars for neat edges. Step by Step Creamy Shrimp Recipe Creamy Shrimp Makes: 2 servings Ingredients 1 tbsp Butter or Margarine 1 garlic clove minced 2 medium Jalapeños cut into pieces 1 Tomato cut into pieces 1 small Onion cut into pieces 2 Cup Shrimp ~ fresh or frozen 1 Cup of Cream 1 Cup of shredded Mozzarella Cheese Seasonings: •1/2 TBSP Chicken Knorr Bouillon •1/2 TBSP Beef Knorr Bouillon •1/4 tsp Salt •1/4 tsp Pepper •1 tsp Parsley Flakes •2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese •1 tsp Cornstarch •2 TBSP Hot Water Preparation -Place Butter in a skillet, melt butter in medium high heat. -add minced garlic, slightly cook the garlic to get the aroma, don't burn them. -add in the Jalapeños, Tomatoes and Onions. Cook until onions are translucent. -add in the Shrimp, cook until shrimp is cooked. *If you are using cooked shrimp then cook until heated through. -while it's cooking combine all your seasonings in a separate bowl with the hot water. *Can leave out the cornstarch for a more liquidy sauce. -add in the Cream + Seasoning mixture -heat through -add in Mozzarella Cheese -stir and let cheese melt Once served, add more mozzarella cheese Enjoy with your favorite sides. Step by Step Milanesa de Chilaca Recipe Milanesa de Chilaca Makes: 5 Peppers Ingredients •5 Chilaca (Anaheim Peppers); roasted, skinned and deseeded •2 Cups cheese; shredded or pieces •1/2 tsp Salt •1 dash of Black Pepper •1 Cup of Flour •2 Eggs •2 Cups Breading •Oil for frying Preparation - Roast, skin and deseed 5 Anaheim Peppers, add cheese into the Pepper and set aside while preparing the dipping. -Crack eggs in a shallow container, big enough to lay the pepper in. Scramble eggs with fork or whisk, add salt and pepper; set aside. -In another shallow container, add in your Bread Crumbs or Breading. -In a third shallow container; add the flour for dipping. -Take 1 pepper at a time, gently place into container with Flour and coat both sides. - Then dip Peppers in Eggs (one at a time), turn to coat both sides. -Transfer Pepper to bread crumb dish, make sure to coat both sides with bread crumbs to cover the entire Pepper. - Place into a sheet and continue dipping and coating each pepper. - -Add Oil to the frying pan and turn to Medium heat. - When oil is hot and ready; gently add coated Pepper to the frying pan. One at a time. -Check while frying; when it's golden brown on the bottom, turn to fry other side until both sides golden brown. -Remove and place in a heat safe dish. -Continue frying the rest of the Peppers. Step by Step Texas Roadhouse Style Buns Recipe Texas Roadhouse Style Buns Makes: 24 Buns Ingredients •4 tsp Yeast •1 tsp Sugar •1/2 c. Water at 110°F •2 Cups milk heated to 110°F •3 TBSP melted butter •7 Cups all purpose flour •1/2 Cup Sugar •2 Eggs •2 tsp Salt Preparation -Dissolve Yeast in Water (110°F) with a teaspoon of sugar; let stand until frothy. - Combine yeast mixture, milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Cups of Flour; Mix thoroughly. -Add melted butter, eggs and salt. Beat well. -Add the rest of the flour, 1 Cup at a time. *Soft dough. - Knead dough until smooth and satiny and put in greased bowl. -Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. -Turn out onto a floured board. -Roll Dough with rolling pin, about 1/2 inch thick. -Cut strips -Fold over and Cut (see pictures) -Place on greased baking sheets, cover and let rise until doubled. -Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. -Remove from Oven and Baste with butter.
